Guy, enjoyed the show, but in the interest of being objective, I have to raise a point even though you said not to, or rather no reason to raise the issue. And that is the number of roster openings. You're going with one, but since two guys haven't signed, I feel compelled to ask if you are still feeling good that Njie and Moundi will sign? I ask this because the official Iona site is now announcing a TEN PLAYER roster, w/o the two players. If it's just a clerical/art work hold up, why not wait to put out the roster?
In another thread I addressed this topic (maybe even more than once). Both Njie and Moundi are coming. The school will announce both and update the official roster soon.

Very informative Podcast! Great job. Based on this think we will see some 3 big men sets with Biggie at the 3. One question I have is the Charleston home game still on the board.?Thinking we may have lost that with their coaching change.
Excellent podcast! Great to hear about the recruits and schedule. I imagine that just like your "Greatest Poster" tagline here you will be starting future podcasts with "there's no better podcast out there" - Just remember to leave in the "at this level"

I don't think we lost it, I think it slipped his mind.

I can edit that out...

Great job Guy great info from Tobin especially about Patterson .
Just my opinion, but this was the best, yet. TA spoke about everything that I wanted to hear about. Congrats, Guy.
Have to agree with 59 and would add that this Podcast was probably the best ever put together. Guy, you touched on just about all the areas we fans are interested in. Love coaches openness and commitment to keeping Gael basketball tops in the MAAC…
I love how Tobin basically said Ensor was an idiot for moving the Maac tourney out of its Monday night spot, and the new commish seems to agree. Have to believe Ensor had some sort of personal financial benefit to make this move.
Being greedy and seeing how open TA was in answering questions, here are two more that I'm hoping that he would address. 1. Not asking for names, but how many players does he see making up our 'rotation', eight, nine, ten? 2. Younger posters tend to 'lump' all guards as combo guards. As someone who goes back to the time of Bob Cousey and Dick McGuire, and also recent Iona player, Scot Machado, I'm more comfortable with the term PG. Or, floor general or primary ball handler. So, of the guards on the roster, who would TA put in the PG category?

I honestly can't believe you're bringing this up again.

Guy, I don't recall EVER asking about the number of guys in the rotation. If you or your pet dog (I can) can find that post let me know. And I realize that I do forget a lot of stuff, but just don't remember asking it. And, while I do remember asking about PG's, the answers (which I didn't agree with) were mostly from Guy and 1970. Just would like to hear what TA thinks. Probably embolden by TA's take on going with a big front line, since I had suggested that back in April. Have to say most of the replies to my suggestion were not well received.
