Lafayette Freshman Josh Rivera had a really good season. The 6’7 wing averaged 11/6/2 and a Block in 24 minutes a game. He also shot well shooting 46% from the field. Rivera is a great athlete who dunks anything and he’s a good defender as well.
Also local and exactly what we will need with Quinn and BJL leaving.

If Pitino wins us a game or two in the NCAA tournament on his way out, he can go wherever he wants. I’m confident the school will hire another great coach as they have always done. But please before he leaves can we win a damn game in the tournament? We are so due!

The St. John's position is just the type of situation Pitino loves. He can come in and resurrect the once proud program and give them meaning again. Plus he get's to stay in New York. If it happens I know we will make a great hire it's just what else do we lose besides Pitino.
