59, yes the pool available may be larger, but the more talented will transfer up and the less talented will transfer down. This basically consolidates all the $$ and power at the top. I envision the NCAA Basketball Tournament becoming much like football... we'll see the same Sweet Sixteen every year. Sadly, the NCAA has managed to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. What about the equal talent? Where does that go? Wherever they want!
