Interesting. Would’ve thought he’d thrive under the new coach. Oh well. Let’s try not to get caught up in players leaving. Players come and go but coaches are ultimately what make the programs successful. In Tobin we trust!

I can’t fault these kids for exploring their options. If we were in their shoes, most of us would likely do the same. Especially, with all this NIL crap going on.
The old saying about “the grass is always greener” still pertains to green but, no longer grass.

Well we're certainly going to get a real quick look at coach and his staffs recruiting. I think at this point we have to just assume everyone is going to enter the portal.

I like brookshire, he’s a great shooter, but I have a feeling Tobin likes guards that are quicker. If they are going to be small, they need to be ultra quick. Not sure tobin’s type of guard is Brookshire.

And let's not be too judgmental on whoever we bring in. TA will recruit to his system the same way Cluess/Grasso did. Remember most of their recruits prompted a "Who??" from most of us.

I have little patience and I tend to be emotional and overreact but for what I have heard and seen from Anderson I am completely confident that he will have us competitive next year and on top of the league the following. And we will stay there as long as he is here. And knowing our history it will continue with the next coach hopefully a decade from now. It’s early we need to give him time, he will get us the players we need, he’s a winner! |
