Any of the insiders have any reports on Tobin's first run with the team? Did it go well? Any personal meeting takes place that reportedly went well? When will we have the staff announced as we need these guys yesterday? Inquiring minds ant to know. I've always thought you were among the insiders. |

So here's the final word on Jenkins. It really sucks, to be honest. He would have to sit if he transfers now, or can wait if he graduates in the summer, abd be eligible right Away as a grad transfer.
With 5/11 as the last day to go into transfer portal. It places both DJ and Iona into a difficult situation.
Hopefully, he's already told Anderson what his plans are. Would love to see him stay. Fingers crossed

Every year Iona has had turnover in the roster. The difference is this year we are losing players we wish would stay. Welcome to whoever wishes to be a Gael and continue the Legacy. There is a lot to look forward to, every year brings pleasant surprises. All good.

Unfortunately, this is BB and not FB. It will take a special player to take DJ's place. I do think that every day that goes by w/o an Iona player going into the Portal is a good day. |

1970, I'll explain the difference. Now pay attention:
*In FB there are 33 starters (usually) and unless you are talking about a special QB, "next man up" applies.
*In BB there are 5 starters and if you lose one you are down 20%, from a math pov. And if that starter is your special PG, "next man up" doesn't cut it.
