Question for 86/Sharkey, Are schools allowed to use unrestricted endowment monies toward NIL? If the answer is yes, it won’t be long before we see an annual dose of Harvard vs Stanford in the NCAA Final. Tia Bumping this. Anyone have any insight? |

Currently all NIL collectives are independent from the University they support. Guy can confirm, but if I recall on his podcast with Jim Oates who overseas the Iona NIL, anyone can start a collective. Example, board members can get together and start the ionahoops Gael collective |
