Halon Rawlins - 6'6" SG/SF out of Nazareth in Brooklynn and plays AAU for New Heights. Earned First Team ALL CHSAA "AA". Averaged 15.1 points this season. Possibly the best two way player in NYC.

I have heard that Mount Vernon has a very talented PG named Tavien Tyler. He is undersized (5’7) but maybe he has a growth spurt in him. Wondering if 86 or any others know anything about him? Seems like he could be one of the best players in the state next season as a senior.
