Seemed like Gordon would be that slashing guy. Not sure what happens but he’s been invisible in the last two after a big time opener. Definitely early and no need to panic but today was a big step back. Gordon will be more effective when Shema is back. Fair point |

Wondering what happened to Adewale. Played for 6 minutes in the first 10 minutes of the game and then never came back. Didn't see him get injured so I assume it was coaches decision. Went with Williams more in an effort to speed up the game and get another scorer on the floor. |

Lack of confidence with the ball today. Tough time getting penetrating to the rack. Also I don’t think we should have the shortest guy inbounding the ball

Tomorrow is likely going to be ugly. We need Shema and it appears like it is going to take a while to learn Tobin's system both on offense and on defense. Losing the size of the Dartmouth kid hurt, we need more size and we can use another true scorer.
It seems 90% of these tourneys don't work out well for Iona. Cluess came in last in his first tourney at Iona. We probably will be playing to avoid that on Wednesday morning. Three 11 AM games is not ideal when you have to work!

Without Shema we are the 308th biggest team in the country. Next biggest player is 6’7 Sully who isn’t ready for 30 minutes a night. Size will and is a big issue OOC, but we should be ok for MAAC. Unfortunately, LBS has a very capable 6’10 center. Hopefully our full court press can turn them over like it did against Charleston |

Would love to hear the backstory on Sunday, Jefferson and brookshire leaving. I get clayton, jenkins, nelly jr ( big $) . I get Ayo cruz d.(pitino). Did tobin show them the door or did they make the decision to leave. I think Sunday going to Hofstra is the head scratcher.

Completely blew Tobin off. The fact he's not in college says it all. Brookshire transferred closer to home, pretty sure he's now with a former hs teammate, and possibly a former coach. I liked Sunday. Watched him a couple times this season. Don't think Tobin felt he was a fit for the system. From what I saw, Sunday isn't a player for Tobin’s style |

Was at the game and totally puzzled by that. Assumed it was lack of rotation on defense which led to so many early open 3s. |

Surprised by the lack of comments abot Tretout. Idan was the second leading scorer in the country and was held without a FG. Did go 5-6 from the line. Any obvious reason for only getting five FG attempts? Just an off day?
