But someone said he liked them,correct? Not the burner account, but yeah he liked the tweet from JUCOadvocate, so there's that..lol Well he liked the JUCOadvocate tweet almost three days ago. Could it be connected? Who knows. Interesting to see what Tobin says about it today before/after the game |

Is the burner account from someone close to Gordon, or just someone else trying to stir up trouble? Supposedly Gordon has no idea who it is Probably a jerk just starting shit Probably the Quinnipiac guy on twitter constantly trying to make Q relevant and undermine the Gaels  |

Interesting to see what Tobin says about it today before/after the game Yep, looks like his Twitter account liked that JUCO tweet. It's a BAD LOOK. Will reserve any judgement till the full story comes out. Hope there are no underlying personal issues. But if he left the program and school over an issue with the coach, as the tweet the account liked makes you believe, it's pretty despicable to go out this way on FEB 23, after 80% of the season is in the books and MAAC tourney in just a few weeks. This is raises my admiration for Osborn Shema even more. Kid LOVES IONA and representing The Gaels as much as I do in day to day life. I need a SHEMA jersey! Been nagging the Athletic Department to get me one for almost a year now. They won't work with me and continue to pass on my inquiries!! COME ON! |

Did the disciplinary issues come out of the blue? I remember he got suspended for a game early this season but that could’ve been for anything. He’s started almost every game and gotten significant minutes. Very odd that it would be for a disciplinary issue. |

Have no basis to believe why he left was anything but personal, but the Tweets are strange. Very interested to hear what TA has to say. I am hoping we get clear insight and not just smoke. In terms of future recruiting I am not so sure about our assistants. I would like to see a more veteran coach added next season to help just IMHO.

Presser. Tobin didn't say much about Gordon, but couple interesting comments.
This bullshit has been going on all week, then added its been a long 12 days.
I really never believed it was just personal reasons. Reading between the lines on Tobin’s comments kinda confirms my thoughts. I knew GG was reaching out concerning the portal and Tobin confirmed he's not returning.

He's a 6'5 PF with limited skills. The MAAC is the right level for him. He has a nice NIL deal, which would have likely been higher next season. |
