Wasn't sure where to put this, but.. All 1 bid leagues should be doing something very similar to this. NO EXCUSES for the reg season champ to have to win more than 2 games in a conf tournament! Especially now that postseason is not guaranteed for reg season winner, make it mean SOMETHING! Dumbest thing I ever saw, give a double bye or something, can't play for a week in a row, I guess school doesn't count anymore |

But that's a different conversation. Obviously this is a pretty extreme setup, but it basically means that if you don't finish top half, you have no chance winning your conf tourney. The MAAC made a small adjustment leaving out the bottom 2 teams, but I would like to see even more. REWARD YOUR TOP TEAM as much as possible, its not that complicated. |

Rider schedule is superior to every Maac school by far, I think they have a shot at 6-5, with games on TV that is the way to get a buzz about your team

They're doing that to make money because the university hemorrhages money, not because they're trying to impress people. |
