Couple of very quick observations: -Play SPU, MSM, Mer, Nia only once (Canisius 2x) -Bye game in the last weekend; only play once within last 10 days before AC -Open and close with SHU -Do not see Mer or Nia until late February -Only one home weekend

I always believed that we were better off with Friday/Sunday games when it came to getting better refs, since there were fewer games on those days. Seems that all the "Bigs' play on Saturday, so a lesser chance for decent refs. JMO.

To Joebird's points, though, scheduling Sunday games vs late-season NFL regular season and playoff weekends hurts attendance. Other MAAC fan bases have said the same.

Having lousy NFL teams doesn’t impact attendance as much.

There have been potential teams thrown about offline for the Bahamas event, but Arkansas State official site tweeted they're going, and one of the "schedule tracker" guys on Twitter tweeted that Indiana State is in the event as well.

We know about Hofstra, and also mentioned are Rice & Incarnate Word.

Same for those other names, which is why I didn't specify them. I'm referring to official announcements (like ours and Ark St) and at least "publicly reported" by someone outside our community (like Indy St)--hope we see some soon!

Iona OOC foe West Virginia playing in Italy this week. Not being streamed. Of note: no starters over 6-8. How can that be? LOL.
