Looks like we have a good shot at being the last team in this area to pack the balls away.

Now the NY media can shut up about their little darlings. I think everyone I heard had them going far into the NCAA tourney, Not!
Try inviting us to the Holiday festival next year so you can take another loss to the Gaels!

Fairfield vs. Kent State in the NIT...looks like the MAAC could have a good post season run if the stars align...Go Peacocks!

L'ville out - Morehead St. I know it's if's and buts, however if Iona beats St. Peter's that could have been our 13th seed, and Louisville had an off day!

There isnt a team in the field of 64 that would have beaten Gonzaga the way they played last night. Thats some program and coach

I think it was just a night where everything clicked for Gonzaga. I saw them a few other times this year and they weren't as good as they looked last night.
Kind of like the way we played against Hofstra (the way we didn't play vs SPC).

Holey Moley SPC is playing awful.
They would be losing to Marist by double digits. Its not like Purdue is even playing well. What a disgrace for the Maac, Iona or Fairfield would have competed, heck Rossiter & siena would be doing much better. Why didn't this St. Peters show up last Monday, even the way iona played we would have won fairly easily.

But at least we'd have been able to score some v. Purdue.

Dunne's a likeable guy. That tearful hug with Leon you'll see during the one shining moment song after the championship. SPC just played terrible and was over matched anyway.

They were the 4th place team in the MAAC up against the 13th. ranked team in the nation... not their fault FF and Iona laid an egg in the MAAC tourney.
Congratulations to Dunne and the Peacocks on a tremendous year.
