So is it now safe to say this is the final roster ? No.. give it a couple of weeks before we deem the roster "final".

[/quote] Fellows...There are aprox. 350 Div 1 teams...Every one of them stretches the tape...IONA is no better then the worst...It is a acceptable practice...Knowing this I take it into consideration with overall acceptable results...

Yes that Guy Fawkes knows his stuff GuyfawkesNYC Registered User Joined: 07/02/2014 Posts: 1 Points: 0 Offline Nobody was guaranteed 30 minutes a game.... Bebis looks like he is a nice shooter but in the NCAA he will need to have a quicker release. Iona also plays a very fast paced transitional game and Bebis will need to be able to do this while sharing the ball effectively. Coach Cluess does not guarantee anyone time.. you have to earn it. Iona also has studs AJ English, Kelvin Amayo and Isaiah Williams who will get most of the minutes at the 1,2 and 3 spots. Grant Ellis, Najeal Young and hot shooting freshman Schadrac Caismir are also higher on the depth chart than Bebis. English, Williams, Caismir and PF Ryden Hines can all shoot the three, so it is not like Iona is in deperate need of a specialist at this spot. Players also very rarely move up in conferences via transferring unless they are 5th year seniors who can transfer without losing a year due to NCAA regulations. These players rarely see a lot of time and are used to basically bolster their bench depth. It is more common for players to transfer down a level in conferences as to obtain more playing time. While Penn State playes in a better conference Iona has been the better team, compared to Penn State, over the last few years. Team RPI by the year 2013-2014 ....Iona - 60th, Penn State - 116th 2012-2013.....Iona - 98th, Penn State - 186th 2011-2012....Iona - 40th, Penn State - 160th I wish Bebis the best and hope that he gets plenty of time but he will have to earn it on that team. If he plays hard, learns the system and produces he will see time.... nothing is guaranteed.

I am sure the Fordham board is probably thinking he must be a Fordham alumni. LOL

Hey if they exaggerate the economy for false effect, then players height is small potatoes.
