Great finish in the Wolford game. State makes a basket just a hair too late for the win. Place went nuts but it Didn't count. Replay available on ESPN.

resumeman, I've noticed that the Horizon League teams seem to play a lot of non DI teams. It does pad their record and individual stats, but does nothing for their RPI.

Cjb, a nice story. However, when I told my wife, she asked, why do they have that rule? My answer, "I have no idea".

The rule was put into place before that had the snap back rims cause many a backboard glass to shatter. We have been a victim of the rule at least once. But it had no effect on the outcome.

How often does that happen, when teams can dunk? I don't remember it happening at Iona. And if that is a concern, why should players be allowed to dunk during games? (SF)

There was a time when dunking was not allowed, but with modernization of basketball and fan appeal, it is now one of the games attractions........ Nothing can stop me from Tuesday's night game this time....Might be Cluess 100 win....See you there.....
