I was born March 1925......Rose Hill was opened a month or so before...I attended my first basketball game in 1946...I probably have watched dozen and dozen of games from there...In its 90 year existence it as far as I can remember received no more that a superficial paint job...During that many years I have yet to distinguish one word from its loudspeaker...The acoustics bouncing off the view obstructing steel beams will not allow it...Yet it goes on and on year after year......It is a dreary place that is long past its prime...
Fordham is richly endowed institution, yet it has now the oldest campus basketball facility in Div 1....It was once one of the nations most renowned noted sport college...The name ''FORDHAM'' was revered in sports...........It has been stagnated into just another school where it is allowed to sink lower and lower from it proud tradition...
I remember well the ''Fordham flash'', ''The walls of Granite'' etc..., and I weep for the demise of its prestige...and I am amazed that its proud and powerful Alumni stand by and watch.........

Just checked the Fordham board. Pecora still fired; Rose Hill Gym still inadequate; and Fordham fan base still veers wildly between utter despair and unfettered delusion.

Tony is a good hire for Fordham. Has ties to both NYC and Philadelphia. Does this mean that the Manhattan AC, Davis will be staying in Riverdale?

Pecora's name being mentio to Mullin staff Wow! Not sure what to make of this. Good recruiter, but Mullin needs a bench coach now. Although, it doesn't look look like Slice is coming anymore they got Abdelmassih. Tau, you get a lot of juicy SJU info that I never get, and I know people that work there, and a lot of others too. Would love to know your sources.

Well, to be fair, as Grasso's name has been mentioned for the St John's staff, this does have relevance.

Pecora's name being mentio to Mullin staff Francessa mentioned Pecora would be a perfect fit at SJ last week. Perhaps this is influencing his name being tossed around.
