Guy, I did see sharkey's tweets. But when 05 posted his frosh stats, it seemed to me that he probably also played a lot of "5" in his first Juco year. All I'm saying that based on his 33% 3pt shooting, that I'm expecting him to play mostly low post. Now, if that shooting percentage improves, maybe we'll see him on the perimeter. JMO. HE IS NOT A LOW POST PLAYER

HE IS NOT A LOW POST PLAYER . . . even though he played the low post in JUCO. Out of need. It's not needed here. I70 is correct.

HE IS NOT A LOW POST PLAYER . . . even though he played the low post in JUCO. He can post up, he can shoot and he can drive to the basket

Guy, why don't we need a low post player? Not sure if you feel that we don't, or are just sticking up for SFB?

Guy, why don't we need a low post player? Not sure if you feel that we don't, or are just sticking up for SFB? I think the point is that this player is versatile. He is a 4 that can also play the 3 or 5. He is going to be quicker than most 4 or 5's in the MAAC. His quickness and size could allow him to guard some 3's... this will allow for us to give our other wings a break. His length will be a nightmare guarding some of the slower-footed 3's. Some people are like Swiss Army Knives: This guy is more like a Gerber Multi-tool... bigger, more versatile:

. . . even though he played the low post in JUCO. He can post up, he can shoot and he can drive to the basket and he can play the low post. Although he did spend a lot of time on his ass when down low - see video page 1. At least he doesn't have to deal with Diego Quinn.

Guy, why don't we need a low post player? Not sure if you feel that we don't, or are just sticking up for SFB? Because the system isn't really made for it. Gavin Kensmil would have been that guy but instead he was run out of town because he doesn't do the things Cluess wants his 4s and 5s to do. So, we have Agee, possibly Thiam (reportedly a better Agee), Risto and Van Eyck. And all 4 of those 4, plus Nikolic, are big enough to defend the other teams' 4s and 5s.

This guy is so good they named an expressway after him in Brooklyn. Not true. That was named after his brother Dick.

Is Dylan our second player from the Netherlands? I remember Harm Von Woerkom, who played for Jerry Welsh back in the nineties. Though he played in 60 games he was more successful in the classroom (I believe) than on the court. I don't remember any others, unless you want to count Dutch 'possessions'.
