Iona related. Tajuan Agee's brother, RaShaun, committed to Bowling Green this evening. Averaged 20 & 11.5 for Casper College (JUCO) this past season. Had offers from Bradley, Central Michigan, GMU, Texas–Rio Grande Valley, Quinny and Maine. I am glad he did not end up at Quinny .

He graduated high school in 2019. 2019-20 - Redshirted at New Mexico State 2020-21 - Played one game and was out the rest of the season due an injury. 2021- 22- Played JUCO Will actually have three years remaining. |

2nd guard Iona has contacted from Oregon State that has entered the transfer portal. Still no word if BJL is returning. If anyone can figure out what's going on with recruiting and the roster feel free to explain.
Last year Joiner (4/3) and Jolly (4/7), committed around this time. Hopefully some good news soon.

Gianni Hunt - 6'4", Junior PG out of Lakewood, California. Rated a 3★ recruit by Rivals and 247. At one point, ESPN had him as a 4★. Averaged 4.7 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists playing about 25 minutes a game. Played only 9 games last year after he took a sabbatical to focus on his mental well-being. Reported to be a tough nosed playmaker. Received an invite during high school to both the NBA Top 100 Camp and the Pangos All-American Camp. |

Montas is very aggressive and is relentless driving to the hoop. He's a better scorer than Grullon. Grullon is not as athletic, but has a better handle, and while streaky at times, a much better perimeter shooter. |

This year is so different from past years with 2 1/2 X's the movement and kids still have until the first to enter the portal. Better to wait a bit and make sure you are getting the quality of player you want for your system than to settle and miss out on a specific great player 2 weeks later. |

Fair to say that RP is hitting the Portal big time for Guards. Every other day it is a new guard that has heard from RP. We will land one soon IMO.
