A number of posters said Greg was troubled. I think that's the wrong description. I'd say he was upset over certain things and leave it at that.

But believe me if it's true he left because things he didn't like, I'm taking Tobin's side 100 out of 100 times. Good luck GG, but you will not be remembered for much here. For some reason I don't think that we've heard the last from GG. Didn't he have a GG broadcast, where he would interview other players? And that tells me that he's comfortable in the world of social media. So, I'm guessing that he'll use a SM platform to shed some light on his sudden departure.

Greg Gordan's Twitter account seems to have deleted most all Iona related prior tweets, retweets and photos. Pinned a tweet from a year ago as he was coming out of JUCO.
Good luck to the next program that takes a chance on him. The New Rochelle pain must have been real.
As for me, I root for loyalty to the Iona Gaels. Osborn Shema will never be forgotten.
