It's not about spirit, it's about reality. It's been said that recruiting never stops. I'm just pointing out that a big man could be coming later. Tobin I'm sure knows we can use another big men for depth, He probably had a couple of offers out there to bigs and shooters, and this kid bit first, so he became #13. Based on history all 13 don't stay, you can't ignore this fact. I believe someone on the roster won't be here come November and we could end up adding a big that will provide more depth up front. That's the spirit!

We can all break joebird's chops, but he is at or near the top of Iona fandom, as was his father before him. His point is a valid one of limited front court depth. But if we go with a three guard offense, and it looks like we will, Rupert, Moundi, Patterson, Hogarth and Junkers should be enough for the 4/5 spots.

Examples of getting players in the summer? Thanks

In fairness to Joe, Tobin did add Brice (August) and Farias (September) late

In fairness to Joe, Tobin did add Brice (August) and Farias (September) late Yeah, but one was because of the Dartmouth kid bailing.

Guy, thanks for keeping us up to date on recruiting. Especially the social media challenged board members. Which might be a group of one.
