An injury was one of Joe's concerns: "...90% chance someone gets hurt, homesick, fails out or something else happens." Fair. But going through life expecting bad things to happen every day is no way to live. Can we just enjoy even 1 day of relief and celebration? |

I’m saying if you did a statistical model of the chances of all 13 guys being on the roster come November, I would say it’s 10%. Look back at the roster on May 17th the last 10 years and you will see it rarely if ever is final. |

If someone gets hurt, fails out, or moves in with I59 to teach him Twitter, we'll get someone else, and at his position. |

I’m not sure how this went so sideways. I don’t think we did anything wrong, I don’t expect bad news to beset Iona. I just think Iona and most teams rosters are not likely to be final yet.
And 70 as for research, I did none and not a chance in hell I do that to prove my point. I’m just going from memory, and I’m pretty sure I’m right, but no way am I going to make any effort to prove it! I do know I’ve said this at this time of the year often and remember being right most if not all of the time.

Made no effort but just thought of these 3, Michael Haynes shot in killed late July. Last year Dartmouth kid disappeared due to injury in August. Ricky McGill teammate started school in June and ran away shortly after. There’s a story like this almost every year.
