I wanted to watch a replay of the game so I went into ESPN+ and looked for the On Demand games. Many of the other MAAC games are available but not Iona-Princeton. Does anyone have an idea on how to locate the game?

On my espn app there is a magnifying glass symbol. Type in Iona and u get 2 categories “Live and upcoming “ and “replay”. Go to replay and there are a bunch of games. Iona vs princeton is listed as 2:13:52 in length. Thats the one.
The Awesome, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly from the Princeton game (note: I added Awesome so we'd have 2 positive and 2 negative sections):
Awesome Njie with 19 points on 6-12 shooting, and 6 assists vs 2 turnovers Rupert with 15 on 5-6 FG and 5-5 FT, and 6 rebounds and 2 steals Dejour with 12 pts 7 rebs and 5 assists vs no turnovers 54% FG, 46% 3PFG Allowing Princeton "only" 31% from 3 when they will likely shoot like 40% from there this season First half energy and halftime lead
Good Emuobor with 11 and 4 in just 16 minutes Biggie with 8 pts 10 rebs 3 steals Moundi with 5 pts and drawing 3 fouls in 11 minutes Jungers fulfilling his role as deep threat "Only" 21 fouls despite pressing for 40 minutes Reaves understanding his role as run-stopper, taking over on O when we needed to stop their run Plus 8 rebound margin
Bad Moundi's 2 quick fouls A little too much Njie and a little too little Reaves down stretch Rupert and Biggie 9 turnovers, most coming due to double teams in 2nd half Reaves 5 of 13 FG overall Only 10 Princeton turnovers despite pressing all game Jojo not ready for prime time 14 assists vs 17 turnovers
Ugly 14-0 run in 2nd half to blow lead Moundi 1-6 from line Princeton shooting 55% overall and 62% in the 2nd half
Can probably shift a couple of these to/from good/awesome and bad/ugly depending on what's important to you. Did I miss anything?

bad:
Still giving up too many easy buckets when pressing Tobin not using timeouts efficiently Tobin putting Rupert back in the first half with 2 fouls. He got away with it, but this isn’t a smart move, especially with a nice lead Slowing down the offense too much in second half Not taking 3’s when wide open. Too hesitant on 3’s.
Above sounds very critical but overall loved what I saw, but did see some things I and you listed that cause concern for the Gaels winning some of these tough upcoming OOc games.

I feel like I wrote this. I didn't want to add more negative but yes up 8 with 4 or 5 minutes left in 1st half and putting Rupert in and not taking him out made no sense, burned way to much last year. Did we not learn from last year's mistakes?

Two things: 1. I debunked a couple of those items earlier in the week, including the timeouts and the pace. 2. Any other positives?

It didn't burn us.
How about something else positive. Jesus Christ you people always always always focus only on the bad. Here's a thought, go get laid so you're all not so goddamn grumpy all year if we don't win the next 30.

Not really a negative, but I wished Tobin would have spent the last timeout after Rupert gave Iona the lead with 16 seconds remaining, instead of holding until the end. Lee was killing the Gaels, maybe call time and try and set up the defense geared towards Lee.
One big positive to me was the way the entire team carried themselves on the court. Watching on TV, didn't notice much celebrating after made baskets or even too much crying to refs, unlike last season. This team appears to be very tough and business like.
Another positive I noticed after the game. It was obvious Comeh and Lee had a connection on the handshake line. Then saw Comeh and Lee talking on the court as the teams were walking off the court.
Njie walked by, put his arm around Comeh's shoulder, and kinda broke up the conversation and they both went to the Iona locker room. I absolutely loved that attitude by Njie. It was like "Hey, this dude just killed us". This team has a swag about them, which we didn't see last year.

Good summation from Guy and Joebird.
Positive Njie looked incredibly comfortable first college game. Bundy, while he made some ticky tack fouls, had good court spacing. First half (led by Biggie) the team rebounded effectively.
Guy, I do disagree about your thoughts of the slowdown in the second half. Clearly around the 15 minute mark the team tapped the brakes pretty good on offense and it showed. The court spacing, movement and awareness shifted. A few times down the court, players looked lost. I’m an “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it kind of guy”. I really feel we missed an opportunity by not continuing to attack on offense and it seemed to throw the teams mojo off.
Getting back to the Winborne absence and injury, I may have missed it but what is the injury and how long is he expected to be sidelined. Did I also read someplace that TA says he might be their best player?

And I still believe Princeton had a lot to do with it. Because Tobin would NOT tell us to slow down.
