If we can keep it competitive for 30 minutes or so I think we'll all be pretty happy. Most important thing is to not have deer in headlights look and to play 40 minutes of defense. Kansas doesn't need any favors. If they're going to destroy us at least let it be on contested shots. Hopefully we can give them a little scare in this one and come away with some valuable lessons that will help us come conference play.
Starting lineup should be Poole, Armand, Bowman, Williams and DL3.
Curious to see the opening line. Would imagine it would be somewhere around 22.5 or so.
Go Gaels!!!

iona05, I'd be more than happy if we hung for 30 minutes. b/t/w, your starting lineup doesn't have a PG.

Believe Sledge is still out so would rather go with Poole at point than the walk-on.

Agreed re AJ although I would give Poole the nod in this particular game given his big east experience. He's one of the few on the roster who has experience going into venues like this.

Based on yesterday I'd go with AJ. Kansas has a very quick, smallish PG. Tavon would be ideal for this game.
Self is a pretty smart secure guy. He's got an extremely talented but very young team coming off a monumental win over Duke. Not saying he'd be happy with a loss to us, but I'm guessing there's a part of him that wouldn't be terribly upset if we put a good scare into his team.

1Play loose, boys. Nothing to lose-everything to gain. David slays Goliath. Make the most of the opportunity

ON ESPN 3....For those that don't have it, I have had pretty good computer luck by Google in ESPN 3 and go from there.....
I just paid a visit to their forum...Consensus runs from a 20 to 36 point victory...If we can keep it below 15, it will boost our RPI dramatically. To do so we will have to be on target with the three's. It will be our biggest underdog game in over 4 years......

This could be as ugly as Miley Cryus, I hope the guys can keep it respectful.
