Very little respect for the MAACs top teams in that poll. Time to deliver a beating to the big boys so they take notice.

No love for Glove in the Most Outstanding Player Poll. Can they really be taking us this lightly? ;D

I certainly hope so. I still chuckle everytime I think of all those people with "tarheels" on their cheeks crying after the game in The Garden.
Go Gaels!!!

Here's my Tip Off "tips" from an earlier thread. Put'em all together.
Purdue's coach, Matt Painter, coached the US team in the same tourney Scott played in. Presumably he saw a bit of Scott playing for Brazil.
W. Michigan freshman phenom Juwan Howard, Jr. has left the team.

ctbill, a good friend of mine is a University of Detroit grad and fan, and that is where Howard transferred to. I know he is the son of Juwan Howard of Fab Five fame, but is the kid any good?

He averaged 9 pts and 4 rebs in 23 min per game as a frosh. Budding star for them. Transferred for "Personal Reasons."

Spoke with Vitale this morning. He mentioned that he would be keeping an eye on Glover. "Heard some good things about him." May translate into some early good pr if we do well in P.R.
