At this point not going to recap or retort to anything that I have read. Interesting more posters posting their thoughts than there were fans in AC. Missed a total of 4 games this year and as many of you know have been a long time fan. I will say this-definitely we might have been overmatched in many of our games. Match ups were not in our favor. One of my strong points is reading body language. This group of young men never gave up and played hard every game. Last night I thanked every player, on their return to the hotel. Not as a group but individually. The looks on their faces as I greeted them told the complete story. We tried and gave it our best. The same can be said for our coaching staff. TA never pointed fingers and blamed players. If anything he sometimes blamed himself. Well no blame from this person. This season is in the books and time to rebuild and restructure. I thank all of our seniors. Oz you gave it your best shot! May the future be bright for our graduating class. Our returning players bring back the charisma and continue to build and or add to the IU legacy!! Another bright note Our athletic department lead by Matt and Brian Davis Jamie Fogarty as well as Brian Beyrer greeted our players and staff on their late night return to the hotel. Truly a positive act and full of class. Looking forward to continued success. One other thought-winning 15 games with what our staff had to go through was awesome. Greg Guy and our guy in SI thanks for being a part. To all my old friends as well as some of the new people I have met lets continue to support. Always Coach Al Al, like you as a former coach, we need to understand that the world is different and that everything you said no longer applies.

Thanks Super however willing to change with the times and yes the world is different. However my old school principles have always been commitment, loyalty and honesty. Been with me for 76 years. Three other words APC attitude-poise and control. These words will never change. What we are going through today is the exact opposite of what I have carried with me for all these years. Anyway life goes on and the Gaels will also. Coach Al
