A must win even by Guys lower standards and we are underdog to Cornell, the mighty have fallen. Maybe we should forfeit. Didn't we? It's the Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight. I would send the whole team to optometrists. Something in not right with the player, all of whom came in with much acclaim. |

Just want to say that I was impressed with Cornell. Much better than I thought they would be. Now, did our defense make them look better, I don't know.

Even if you're correct, and you might well be, they hit 41% from three and 85% from the foul line. Watched some of the games from Hawaii and saw a number of missed open threes and I doubt if many/any teams shot free throws at 85%.
My point is that sometimes we give too much blame to Iona when we lose and not enough credit to the opponent. JMO.

Few of Cornell’s 3’s were well defended. You are correct, sometimes the other team just gets hot. This was not one of those. |
